Agape Missions provides the services needed that make it possible for formerly incarcerated individuals to return to a productive, civilian life.

Case Management/Referrals
We assess an individual’s range of needs and help you develop a plan. We work with other social service providers, and court/legal systems to ensure overall case coordination. We can help you connect to social services (food pantries, childcare, doctors, dentists, clothing, shelters, etc.)

Employment/Entrepreneurship/Education
On-site computer lab offering one-on-one assistance with job searches, links to employment, resume building, and email creation. Career counseling and support with educational goals are provided.

Anger Management Workshops
8-hour anger management classes available.

Substance Abuse Services
Substance abuse evaluations, counseling, and drug testing. Referrals to in or out-patient programs and recovery groups (AA,NA,CA, Smart Recovery, Celebrate Recovery etc.) based on individual need for recovery planning.

Record Expungement/Sealing Workshops
We collaborate with other service organizations to offer Expungement/Sealing Workshops through lawyer associations and legal aid agencies.

Identification
We help applicants obtain birth certificates and photo identification, and if needed; school records/transcripts.

Corrections Medical Case Management
Intensive case management for individuals who are living with HIV/AIDS and returning to the community from prison/jail/detention facility. Please see HIV/AIDS services tab for more information on case management.
